The author, Ozzie Jacobs is a Nationally certified Personal Trainer/Yoga instructor with a masters degree in Exercise Science. She not only gives you information on exercise, but also on healthy eating and a lot of her personal experiences.
Healthy recipes has a lot of good foods that will not bust your diet, or healthy eating life style. I got hungry just visiting the site.
